Default Catching Gizzard shad at the Rez?

With the new regulations about transporting baitfish from the Spillway up to the main lake, we need a new source for using a cast net to catch Gizzard Shad. I would guess that somewhere along the rocks at the dam or around landings might be the ticket, but a heads up would sure be appreciated. Trying to catch them, and get them into the baitwell and keep them alive is the goal.
Anyone here got any suggestions?

Try around the bridges or the landings if they're well lit in the evenings.
