Their all over eBay. He could always say they came out of a high fence. Those are some good deer to just cut the horns off

It is legal to sell deer hides and mounts b/c they are considered art. Same as wingbone calls, knives with deer horn handles, etc. But, I don't know about just sawed off horns.

I've been meaning to post the same question. I've got an idea for a cool, decorative home item that involves using one side of an antler. Hmmm....

At $100 a set a friend of mine has a few thousand dollars worth in his barn. Seems REAL steep for some antlers legal or not.

You can not sell horns in the state of Mississippi. You can cut them up and sell as craft materials though.

I personaly know a taxidermist and his son that sold a deer head that someone failed to pick up and a bobcat with a fox squirrel in its mouth. The squirrel got run over on the highway. They caught him on a sting operation last spring. They paid the same fine as a spotlighter would. It cost them over $2000 a piece plus they lost their hunting license for a year. It is legal to sale fur bearer but not game animals. The bobcat was ok, but the squirrel was not. As soon as the the sale transpired he was swarmed by the local game wardens.
