HUGE PRICE REDUCTION!! This recreational/investment property has gone from 2350 per acre to 2050 per acre!! Replanted, recently invested 8,000 on spraying the pines. Won't be here long! This 119 acres +\- was cut and planted back in pine plantation making the pines about a year old. It is located South of Hwy 84 and just East of Hwy 33 with frontage on County Lake Road. This is a great combination of recreation and investment. Great deer hunting..

Thanks Jacob37 I appreciate that. Everybody these days thinks land is going for $500 and acre still man. Wait till they come up from behind that rock and experience the real world. Land is expensive today for sure.

Corn at $3.40 a bushel and $5.00 a ton pine pulp wood, That's the real world!

The so called "Recreation Factor" is the driver for land being at such levels.

Thank God for those "glorified goats with horns" to keep prices up. It sure isn't most commodity prices.
