Default Tips for Catfishing on the Bogue Chitto River

I need some advise what live bait, dead bait, cut bait or stinky bait to use for fishing yo-yo’s and also what to use for limb lines on the Bogue Chitto River for Catfish.

Do I need to put a sinker on my yo-yo lines too?

Are there many opportunities to catch any flatheads in the Bogue Chitto River between Tylertown and Franklinton?

I’m in a kayak so I only can set yo-yo’s and limb lines for probably 1-2 miles downstream and paddle back upstream.

How long should I let them stay in the water undisturbed before checking them?
