Catch and eat your own....but I think you getting the bad end of the deal. He is having all the fun and not doing the part that will make him appreciate how much he actually needs to be catching and keeping. Please don't take that as a knock. My dad use to do me the same way, but when I brought in a 48 qt cooler of blue bream and catfish for a weekend fishing trip and he said "have fun cleaning them" I learned to be a bit more selective and also learn a lot of live lessons. It would shock you how many folks dont have a clue how to clean an animal or fish.
