Default Dove season start, noon or no?

Does it start at noon opening day, or can you hunt the morning ?

Thirty minutes before sunrise statewide but some WMAs and youths start at 2:00.

Never dove hunted I am in SE Mississippi any tips on where to go or anything... I have waterfowl, squirrel, rabbit, and deer hunted for many years but never got into dove any suggestions would help

All you need is wheat and shotgun shell. A dog helps if you're lazy like me.

I did look around I think I found a place that isn't to far from where about a 2 hour drive.
