Glad they were able for whatever reason to rethink the standby. Prolly cuz the trend to end masks, so forth from Gubner...
Lotta reason to be against the draws but personally afternoons for the ducks is OK with me. Only time I wish they had afternoon opportunities is on lock down morning /freeze ups when the ducks move later/afternoons. Kinda hard to have flexiblity on short notice.
No mention if you had to have WMA permit purchase to submit to keep spammers from flooding the draw. I’m 71 so exempt from that but think you gotta put “0” in front of customer number. I forgot to do that but looks like all my apps went thru though...????
Any particulars about the WMAs status, etc outa be dealt with in Personal Messages.
