Hello, I am in charge of hunting leases for a local natural resource development company, I have 635 +/- contiguous acres for lease in northern Rankin County. This is a totally separate property from my other ad. Previous tenant canceled this lease today.

Lessor will be required to provide a hunting lease liability policy and be registered with the State of Mississippi Secretary of State as a legally recognized, LLC or other form of corporation.

Majority of the property is ~30-40 year old pine timber with the balance in scattered hardwood stands along Caney Creek. The property has deer, turkey and small game.

Company policy is no deer hunting with dogs. The property has lots of ATV trails and parking areas. Truck access is limited to designated areas.
