Shackbully58 | Pre crossbow I shot every evening from an elevated stand until it was so dark I couldnt see my arrows. Post crossbow I pulled it out of the case waxed the string, oiled the wheels and greased the rail. Shot it once dead on @ 20yds. I put it back in the case. Its all comes down to time management el friendo.

dzsmith | not enough. most years I start shooting in September, maybe late august. i shoot and stop even if i get the slightest fatigue. i don't like chasing arrows around on the target thinking im off because im tired. During the archery seasond i keep a target in my truck and shoot usually 3 before every hunt. 20,30, and 40. one place i hunt is bow only, so i get to do this for the remainder of the season, and still shoot at the house when im home. I have been shooting the same bow setup and arrow setup for several years, so unless i get new strings, or make slight adjustments from year to year as my old strings wear not much changes for me.

lilwhitelie | Usually a few days before opening day I check the scope for zero just to make sure all is good. Just a pain to shoot a lot without a good cocking aide.
